All packages are shipped through FedEx or LTL carriers or UPS.
What is Your Return Policy?
You may return any unopened, unused merchandise, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE: There will be a $10 restocking fee deducted from the return amount for each individual ReadyWise bucket and larger products. No restocking fee for smaller products.
After a return is initiated with our return department: Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for returning merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment by refunding your credit card or by a check mailed to you within 20 business days of our receiving your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your packages are undamaged and in the original condition and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or a check for the amount of your original payment will be mailed to you within 20 days.
