How are my products shipped?
All packages are shipped through FedEx or LTL carriers.
During the pandemic, shipping time was up to approximately four weeks. SHIPPING TIME IS BACK TO TWO DAYS.
You can return any merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please email us to initiate the return process.
After a return is initiated with our return department:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
Returns shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or valued over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for returning merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will inform you of your refund via phone, mail, or e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within ten business days of our receiving your return.
Q: Where should I store my ReadyWise Food?
A: Keep it cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight—basements and pantries are ideal. Wise foods are sensitive to heat, moisture, oxygen, and light.
Q: How much water will I need?
A: About 1 cup per serving. Hot water makes it faster, but cold water works too. Think of it as speed vs. patience.
Q: How are Wise Foods packaged?
A: Airtight Mylar pouches inside durable buckets. Basically, your food is armored for the apocalypse.
Q: Allergens?
A: Common ones include milk, soy, and wheat. No shellfish, fish, or peanuts. Wise uses strict allergen controls to keep it safe.
Q: How long do meals last?
A: Up to 25 years in optimal storage—long enough to outlive most trends, gadgets, and maybe even your patience.
Q: Why freeze-dried and dehydrated?
A: Freeze-dried keeps the taste and texture for certain ingredients, and dehydrated works better for others. Both give long shelf life, great flavor, and compact, lightweight storage.
